Privacy Notice

GreenIT ("we") operates SafeForm Pro and is the data controller for personal data processed through the service.

What we collect

• Account data: email, password hash, display name, country.
• Company & form data: company details, logo, generated form content you create or save.
• Usage & technical data: IP address, browser, device, log/telemetry data for security and product improvement.
• Support communications: messages you send us.
• Payment data: handled directly by Paddle; we receive subscription status, plan and customer/subscription IDs, not full card details.

Why we use it

• Provide and operate the service (contract performance).
• Authenticate you and secure the platform (legitimate interest / legal obligation).
• Process subscriptions and tax via Paddle (contract performance).
• Improve features and prevent abuse (legitimate interest).
• Respond to support requests (contract performance).

Who we share with

• Paddle — Merchant of Record for payments, subscription management, tax compliance, invoicing.
• Supabase — managed database and authentication hosting.
• AI providers (e.g. Google, OpenAI via the Lovable AI Gateway) — to generate form content from your prompts. Prompts and outputs may be processed by these providers but are not used to train their models when accessed via the gateway.
• Professional advisers and authorities where required by law.

International transfers

Data may be processed outside your country. Where required, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

How long we keep it

Account and form data is kept for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, legal and accounting purposes; then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Subject to local law, you can request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your personal data, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Email GreenIT to exercise any of these.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit, access controls and audit logging.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Paddle may set cookies inside the checkout iframe necessary to process your payment.
