1. About us. SafeForm Pro is operated by GreenIT ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

SafeForm Pro generates draft workplace health and safety documents (JSEA, SWMS, Take 5, SOP, permits and similar) using AI. Output is a starting point and must be reviewed, adapted and signed off by a competent person before use on site. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must have authority to bind your organisation if signing up on its behalf.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the service unlawfully or for fraud or spam; (b) infringe anyone's intellectual property; (c) probe, scan, scrape or otherwise interfere with the service's security; (d) upload malware; (e) resell or redistribute the service or its output other than in the ordinary course of your business operations.

5. Payments & subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Payment terms, tax, billing frequency and cancellation mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

7. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the SafeForm Pro software, brand and templates. You retain rights in the content you input. You grant us a limited licence to host and process your content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you submit.

8. AI output

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your specific site or jurisdiction. It is not a substitute for professional safety advice. You are responsible for reviewing, adapting and approving any document before relying on it. We do not warrant that output complies with any specific law or standard.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. You may cancel at any time from the Billing page. On termination your data may be deleted after a reasonable export window.

10. Warranties & liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for purpose. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Indemnity

You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to GreenIT's place of business. Disputes will be heard in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
